Kim Kardashian Makeup and Hairstyles Make-Under

Kim Kardashian recently went under an extensive makeup and hairstyles make-under thanks to Glamour Magazine. The magazine toned down her signature smoky eye makeup and va-va-va-voom hairstyles to a softer style. Kim had a lot to say about her signature glam look versus the toned down look that Glamour gave her.

Kim Kardashian Hairstyles Makeover”"Kim says that she is not “one of those girls who sleep in makeup because they don’t want their boyfriend to see them without it. If you’re all glammed up, makeup’s just another accessory.” As for her famous hairstyles, Kim says that she went blonde last summer for fun and although she thinks blonds have more fun, “brunettes are sexier.”

I have to say that I think the Kim Kardashian in the make-under pictures looks fabulous! I love the simple, soft hairstyles and easy on the eyes eye-makeup. Although I do think she looks fantastic with the glam look that has made her famous, I think she should rotate in this less-is-more look more often.

Are you a beauty junkie that is in need of a makeup and/or hairstyles make-under too? If so, I’d suggest stripping your hair and face completely clean and begin there. Then slowly add small touches of makeup, going with a less-is-more approach and applying it with a light hand. As for a makeover for those big, pumped-up hairstyles I see everywhere, go all-natural instead. Don’t fight your hair’s natural texture, instead work with it. I promise it will look great and be easier to do on a daily basis.
