To pull off all this glamour, formal 40s hairstyles were only part of the picture. These glamour babes oozed feminine style and grace from head to toe and emanated a confidence and a powerful presence of their own. To do justice to this style, don’t settle for anything less than the full package, formal 40s hairstyle, makeup, clothing, shoes, handbag and jewelry. Makeup must-haves include deep red lipstick, smokey eyes and a natural looking base makeup.
