To Do
- Work in smoothing lotion and blow-dry hair with a round brush.
- Pull it into a high ponytail and secure with an elastic band, then take a small section and wrap it around to cover the band; pin underneath.
- Comb the top locks and mist with hairspray.
- Decorate with a piece of jewelry.
