Cheap Hair Salons

Quality, cheap haircuts can be found
AskMeta Filter had a question from a young lady in Seattle who had a long layered hairstyle. She had several bad experiences with pricey hair salons and wanted advice on how to find a cheaper hair salon, but yet one that she might have a chance at getting a good haircut. What followed was a series of replies of at least a couple dozen recommendation. It was great reading because it was honest evaluations on all of the cheaper haircut chains. Hair salons mentioned included Fantastic Sam’s, Great Clips, Aveda, SuperCuts, Hairmasters and First Choice and a couple of local shops. But the overwhelming choice seemed to be Rudy’s. Rudy’s is a west coast chain that I have heard good things about before.
Lets all hope that Rudy’s expands nationwide.
I know many of you really need to squeeze every ounce of value out of your hairstyling dollars, so I try to watch for money saving opportunities. If you need some tips give it a read especially if you are in the Seattle area.

In my opinion, SuperCuts gives nice haircuts, especially if what you’re going for is pretty basic. Their name isn’t ‘SuperStyle’, though… so be forewarned that it isn’t really for dramatic changes. I have a regular person that I see every two months or so, and get a quick cut at Great Clips when I need a touch up. |
