Named President of Clinique;
Company Veteran to Lead Mega-Brand

(BUSINESS WIRE) — The Estée Lauder Companies (NYSE: EL) today announced that Lynne Greene has been promoted to President of Clinique worldwide, effective January 1, 2006. Lynne will report to Philip Shearer, Group President.

Since 2003, Lynne has been President of the Company’s Specialty Group Worldwide division, leading the Prescriptives, La Mer and Jo Malone brands. Previously, Lynne was President of Origins Natural Resources. Her career spans more than 25 years in the beauty industry, including 18 years at The Estée Lauder Companies.
