Step 1

Prep look by perming the hair with Graham Webb’s Making Waves Body, Bounce and Curl Perm to achieve texture. A “stack wind” shape was used to give curl through the perimeter and ends only. Now, the crown will lay flat but the perimeter and ends will still have curl and support.
