Hair Trends-From Long to Bald!
Hair Trends or Not?
Is it just me, or do you think we might be seeing the start of some new hair trends here? It’s our job to be on the look out for what’s new with hair trends and the hair industry, I’ve been seeing how this new trends of “no hair” as a hairstyle, has kind of crept up on us in the past few years or so. And this new hair trend includes both sexes!
“New Hair Trends”Actually, this hair trends got its start in the 70′s with Telly Savalas, who played Kojak, (“Who loves ya baby”), was noted the “sexiest” Hollywood hunk of his time, with his shinny, razored shaved head and always sucking a lolly-pop . . . started a hair trend. But it was mainly men who followed his lead back then and the look was shinny and bald. It was only the brave who dared go where others dared not tread . . . and they got attention and stares of all sorts.
But I think “the buzz” has risen to the ranks of being called a “new hair trend.” It was legitimately that for boys and men some time ago, but it has crossed the line and now we see the gals who have braved that hair trends barrier! (A bit more bravado on the women’s part don’t you think?) Anyways, a nice fallout from this new hair trend, is that those women who now loose their hair from chemotherapy, have more options. More women are choosing to be seen without hair during their treatment, and they feel better about themselves!
Tell us what you think. New hair trends . . . or not?

Natalie Portrman in 2007 for her role in “V for Vendetta” says, “It’s so soft, I think I’ll keep it for a while.”

I don’t see it as a major trend but I did decide to have my husband cut my hair and shave it just because… I don’t know, tired of the way it looked. He was happy with it and saw no big thing – it was just hair or -lack thereof
