More Hair Food Urban Myths Destroyed
It never cease s to amaze me how often I hear old wives tales about hair food home remedies for everything from toe nail fungus to a failing liver. I guess as long as we have people who want to lead healthier lives, we will have the quacks. Its been that way for thousands of years.

My favorites of course are the ones that involve hair and more specifically the use of food products in the hair. It is hilarious, I have heard that mayonnaise, olive oil, eggs, mangos, bananas, peanut butter . . . is good for your hair. I’ve heard it all, it’s all nonsense. The beauty industry spends millions on scientific product research, if mangos were a good hair food for your hair they would have a product out in a New York, minute.

I think you should hire the readers here to run this website- I was about to e-mail some of the advice on this website to myself, until I read the comments- Thanks to the READERS I know now the correct things to do for healthy hair…this website and all the hair industry is a crock of ….
