You could easily do much more harm to your hair and end up orange with brassy roots! You don't need this now! They may be able to put in lots of subtle highlights to lighten your hair to a golden brown look! Beg, borrow or steal . . . but get it done right for your BIG day!! Janelle,

I ahve been dying my hair with permanent dark brown for about a year and a half. I am naturally a light brown. I need to lighten my hair and ideally go back to light brown with blond hightlights. I am so scared about killing my hair, its already damaged from dying it every couple of months. I really try not to dye the ends or midshaft but I'm sure some dye gets on that part of the hair as well. I cannot afford to go to a salon, so I have to fix it. I have access to the professional beauty supply store here in Honolulu so I'm wondering what can I do?? I have heard of using a color correction 20 minute kit, then bleach it out with a shampoo cocktail..I just don't want to be a bald bride!!! HELP!!
