Emo Hair Styles Showing up on American Idol

Emo Scene Hair on Ramiele Malubay
American Idol breaks into Emo Hair Styles
If you’re a wanna-be when it comes to wearing an emo hair style, but haven’t quite been able to take the plunge into committing to the cut yet . . . do what American Idol Ramiele Malubay did . . . just style it that way!
I imagine it was the American Idol hair stylists, behind the scenes, that gave Ramiele her new emo hair style look for last weeks show. It caught me by surprise and not having seen her before, I didn’t know if the hair style was cut that way or was simply styled into an emo hair style look. They styled in a dramatic swept fringe with lift at the crown and swept the back up and to the side, pinning it leaving some piecey edges falling out. The asymmetrical look was complete with one side left down and styled pointy.

Ramiele’s normal hair style
Ramiele is a beauty and whoever created her emo hair style for this episode, my hat’s off to you! Are you looking for a new hair style or look? Don’t underestimate the power of learning new styling techniques. Learn how to use a tool you don’t use now, or more on styling products and what they do. The range of possibilities for changing your look is more than what you probably get stuck into day to day. It just takes a bit of creativity, know-how and guts to try something new.

Angie,
No name for this cut that I know. If you would like a stylist to recreate it for you, bring a picture to show.
