Chelsea Clintons Mom Says: Hair Matters

Chelsea gets hair style right?

Since we’ve been on the Chelsea Clinton hair bandwagon lately, I thought why stop now . . . Chelsea’s Mom, Secretary of State, Hilary Clinton, was no doubt key in influencing Chelsea’s Cinderella story from unruly, curly girl to the chic, smooth haired, sophisticated woman she is today. Do you know, “what’s your best hairstyle?” It matters!

Maybe it was because of the wild-child hair Chelsea Clinton was born with, that pushed her Mother into becoming an adamant, pro-hair image type, or not. But, Hilary clearly tells us how important she believes our hairstyles are in our lives.

Here is what Hilary had to say in her commencement speech to the graduating class at Yale University in 2005,  thoughts about the significance of their hair or hair styles. “The most important thing I have to say today, is “hair matters” . . . Pay attention to your hairstyle because everyone else will.”

Wow, that was surprising! When “the most important thing” Hilary Clinton had to say to the Yale graduating class was . . .”pay attention to your hair” . . . well, I must confess, I was taken back a bit! But then as I thought about it, the entire Clinton family, President Clinton, Hilary and Chelsea, have all been under a microscope pretty much all of their lives where any and every flaw or imperfection is magnified ten times over.

So I know you know, hair matters, Chelsea Clinton’s hairdo changes are a good example, but do you know, “What’s your best hairstyle?” What’s it going to be bangs or no bangs? Layered hairstyles?
