Black hair styles like Taraji Henson’s - short ‘n’ sweet!

“Black Hair Styles - Taraji Henson”Thinking short haircuts aren’t for you? Try this one! Black hair styles are going short this summer and with short haircuts like this one on Taraji Henson, I think more women will be lopping off their locks this summer for this short but sweet look!

Taraji changes her look often by changing her hair style.  She’s not afraid to color, cut, extend, or do whatever it takes to change into a totally different look . . . and don’t you love her for it? It makes it not so scary for the rest of us!!

Taraji Henson, is a 39 year old American actress and singer who has played numerous roles including the 2008 movie, “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”, where she played opposite Brad Pitt and was nominated for an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress. She’s also been a cast member in numerous TV shows including, ABC’s “Boston Legal.”  Today I caught glimpse of her new short hair cut at, BTC and had to forward it on to you. She looks adorable!  I think this is my favorite look on Taraji Henson yet and just think, it’s easy to style and will hold for days!!

To create this style for this short hair cut, BTC shares how it was done.

•    First, apply a leave in moisturizer after shampooing and use a round brush and hairdryer directing layers toward the face, to create volume and bend.

•    Next, mist hair with a volumizing spray and use a flat-iron to straighten small sections at a time, flicking ends up & out.

•    Finish with a holding spray and a few drops of shine serum.
