“Monic” and “Turbo 1200″ handheld hair dryers by Style Tronics
Hey friends this could more than just a shock. If you own one of these, do not use it! Especially around water. Bend the plugs so you don’t accidentally get fried! Yes, I mean terminal. This is no joke. Take warnings like this very seriously.
Lacks an immersion protection plug to prevent if electrocution the hair dryer falls into the water.

Products: 19,300 hair dryers sold 4/04 to 6/05 at independent discount outlets nationally for $3 to $5. The recall involves two gun type hair dryers: The “Monic” have its model name and number, sw-117, on the handle. It is composed black plastic and chrome, and the handle folds. Turbo 1200 model has model number ds-507 on the back of the handle. The model name is on the nozzle. They are green and white.

Action to Take: Stop using the product immediately and contact, Style Tronics, 866-266-9272 to obtain repayment.
