Here are some celebrity hairstyling, beauty and fashion articles that you might have missed recently

• Rumer Willis blows it by forgetting the eyebrows ~~ Rumer Willis daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis and step dad Ashton Kutcher goes platinum. But what was her hairdresser Tracey Cunningham at the Neil George Salon in Beverly Hills thinking, letting her walk out after 7 hours worth of work with these eyebrows. Those of you who are regular readers know from my previous articles on this subject how to prevent your self from looking like a freak show when  making a major swing in hair colors. The blame here certainly has to be put on the hairdresser as most clients are usually not thinking about subtle things like eyebrows in obtaining a great new look.

• How To Get Michelle Pfeiffer’s New Hairstyle ~~ Michelle Pfeiffer showed up at the premier for her latest movie “Stardust” with stunning new hairstyle with soft waves. I’m glad to see her kicking up her hairstyling a notch, her hairstyles have been less than inspiring of late. Exit Salon hairdresser Monique Bisson was interviewed by Canadian Canoe Media and has a great step by step on how to style this latest hairstyle of Michelle Pfeiffer.

Kate Moss’s New Hairstyle the Blunt Cut With Bangs is Making a lot of Noise.

• Get this style now ~~ Everywhere I look these past days, I’m seeing fashion editors commenting on Kate Moss’s blunt-cut bangs (or fringe) as our Euro readers know them as a hair trend. This style is certainly not new. Kate Moss was preceded by Girls Aloud beauty Cheryl Cole and bandmate Nicola Roberts, Anne Hathaway, Mischa Barton, Jessica Alba, Freja Beha Erichsen, Heidi Klum and Elizabeth Hurley.

  Celebrity hairdresser James Brown had transformed the supermodel’s straggly haircut into a trend setting hairstyle with a dominating fringe and fresh, shoulder-length style. Ever since Moss started sporting bangs, hairdressers everywhere have been inundated with requests from customers eager to emulate the look. I love the bangs because, if done right, it can make you look years younger and it can cover lines starting to form on the forehead. It is a style that your hairdresser can create with no difficulty whatever.Let’s face it we live in a media spin world and all this noise is bound to make this a hot new style this winter.

• LAYERED BANGS THE CUT ~~ Here’s a great way to make the most of thick, lush hair. Instead of leaving it solid, which makes it difficult to style hair for movement, Stan Milton of Stan Milton Salon in Atlanta, GA, lightens up the hairstyle with ample front layered bangs. The longer bangs are curved to the side and blend to multiple layers at the ends. Hair in back is kept fairly solid, with just a few long layers to add mobility.

• LAYERED BANGS THE COLOR ~~ Very dark hair colors don’t show off layers as much, which is why Milton opted for a lighter shade to work with this haircut. The medium mocha brown allows you to see all the movement in front.

• LAYERED BANGS HOW TO STYLE IT ~~ If your hair is heavy, use a gel; otherwise, opt for mousse. After working the product evenly throughout, begin drying in sections, from front to back. Curve the bangs under and to the side, then direct the front to move up and forward. Turn ends under in back.
